Role Description The Security Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily security operations at client locations. This role includes supervising security personnel, ensuring adherence to security procedures, and maintaining a safe environment for clients, visitors, and staff.

Supervisor will monitor physical security systems, coordinate incident response, conduct routine inspections, and report security breaches or irregularities. The role also involves managing shift schedules, training and mentoring team members,



and supporting customer service by addressing client concerns in a professional manner.

Supervisor will collaborate with operations management to implement security plans, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement of security standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Physical Security, such as access control, surveillance monitoring, and incident handling.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear reporting, coordination with clients, and interaction with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to ensure professional client engagement and timely resolution of concerns.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills related to scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with security protocols.
- Relevant experience in security services, facilities management, or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of local safety regulations and emergency procedures is beneficial.
- Ability to work in shifts, maintain composure under pressure, and use basic security technology and reporting tools.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; additional security certifications or training are an advantage.
