Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Security Supervisor to supervise the security team and ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, property, and resort premises. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, alertness, and the ability to handle emergencies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team.
- Prepare security staff duty rosters and shift assignments.
- Conduct regular patrols and security inspections of the resort premises.
- Monitor entry and exit points, guest areas, staff areas, and parking areas.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious or unusual activities.
- Maintain visitor, vehicle, incident, and security records.
- Ensure proper access control for guests, staff, vendors, and contractors.
- Handle security incidents, emergencies, accidents, and other unexpected situations.
- Coordinate with management and relevant departments during emergencies.
- Ensure fire safety equipment and emergency exits are accessible and operational.
- Conduct regular security briefings and staff inspections.
- Train and guide security guards on safety, discipline, and emergency procedures.
- Ensure security staff maintain proper grooming, punctuality, and discipline.




- Investigate and report theft, damage, misconduct, or other security incidents.
- Coordinate with local police, fire department, ambulance services, or other authorities when required.
- Ensure compliance with resort security SOPs and safety procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and resort information.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Security, preferably in a hotel/resort or similar establishment.
- Previous experience as a Security Supervisor / Senior Security Guard preferred.
- Security training or relevant certification is an advantage.
- Ex-servicemen / Defence background will be preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of security procedures, access control, and emergency handling.
- Basic knowledge of fire safety and first aid.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit, alert, disciplined, and responsible.
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
