- Responsible for Visitors In-Out register, On Duty Register through Guard/Supervisor
- Handling all inwards and outwards couriers/postages
- Looking after overall Administration work
- Giving Training to the recent Joinee Security Guard
- Block Inward Garden & House Keeping Attendance Record
- Contractors Attendance Record
- Security Attendance Record
- Counselling
- Theft matters resolving
- Weighing of Block & Loaded vehicle
