Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Security & Surveillance Specialist to manage the company's security and surveillance operations at the site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, managing security personnel, and coordinating with security agencies.

Candidates who have their own security agency or established security manpower network and can independently arrange and manage security personnel are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day security and surveillance operations at the company/site.
- Arrange, deploy, and supervise security guards as per site requirements.
- Coordinate with and manage external security agencies/vendors.
- Candidates with their own security agency/network should be able to independently arrange suitable security manpower.
- Prepare and manage security guard duty rosters, shifts, attendance, and deployment.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance and ensure proper security coverage of the premises.
- Maintain visitor records, security registers, incident reports, and other security documentation.
- Ensure discipline, alertness,



and proper conduct of security personnel.
- Identify and report security risks, incidents, theft, unauthorized access, or suspicious activities.
- Coordinate with management and relevant authorities in case of security-related incidents or emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with company security procedures and site safety protocols.
- Conduct regular checks of the premises and security arrangements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding security operations.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in security, surveillance, facility management, or security agency operations.
- Robust experience in managing and supervising security guards/manpower.
- Experience in security agency coordination and manpower arrangement is highly preferred.
- Candidates who operate or have access to their own security agency/manpower network are encouraged to apply.
- Positive communication, coordination, and supervisory skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, alertness, and integrity.
- Ability to independently manage security operations at a site.
- Candidates based in Raipur or nearby locations will be preferred.
