ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a creative and experienced 3D Designer with 6–8 years of experience in events, experiential, exhibitions, MICE, brand activations or related creative environments. The role requires someone who can translate client briefs and event concepts into robust, visually compelling 3D environments and spatial experiences, while balancing creativity with production feasibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop 3D concepts, renders and visualisations for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, award shows, launches, brand activations, weddings and experiential environments.

• Translate creative briefs, mood boards and client requirements into innovative and visually impactful 3D designs.

• Create concepts for stage designs, set designs, backdrops, exhibition stalls, entrance arches, registration areas, lounges, photo opportunities, branding zones and complete event environments.

• Develop detailed 3D models, realistic renders and presentation-ready visuals for internal reviews and client presentations.

• Work closely with the Creative, Client Servicing, Production and Project teams to ensure designs are creative as well as practically executable.

• Understand event venues, dimensions, spatial limitations, sightlines, guest movement, branding requirements and production considerations while developing designs.

• Incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders and develop multiple design iterations where required.

• Ensure design concepts are aligned with brand guidelines, event objectives, creative direction and client expectations.

• Prepare design presentations and visual references that clearly communicate the proposed experience to clients.





• Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure approved designs can be translated accurately into physical structures.

• Review design details, materials, finishes, lighting and visual elements to maintain consistency between approved concept and final execution.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working within defined timelines and presentation deadlines.

• Stay updated with current event-design trends, experiential concepts, materials, technology and innovative spatial solutions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in 3D, event, spatial, experiential or exhibition design.

• Prior experience in an events, experiential, exhibition, MICE, production or creative agency environment will be strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of 3D modelling, rendering, spatial design and event environments.

• Ability to independently interpret a brief and develop a concept from ideation through 3D design, presentation and finalisation.

• Strong creative sense with attention to proportion, composition, detailing, materials, lighting and aesthetics.

• Good understanding of production feasibility and fabrication.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to take feedback constructively and translate it into refined design solutions.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating actual event, experiential, exhibition or spatial-design work is essential.

SOFTWARE SKILLS

Strong proficiency in relevant 3D and visualisation software such as:

• 3ds Max

• V-Ray / Corona

• AutoCAD

• SketchUp

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

- Knowledge of Revit, Blender, Lumion, Enscape or other visualisation tools would be an added advantage.
