Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting Maven Web Marketing’s SEO initiatives for client projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with keyword research, helping perform basic SEO audits, contributing to on-page optimization tasks such as meta tags and content updates, and supporting link-building outreach activities under guidance. The intern will help monitor website performance using web analytics tools, prepare simple reports, and collaborate with team members to implement SEO best practices.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Keyword Research and support On-Page SEO optimization (e.g., titles, meta descriptions, headings, content structure).
- Foundational understanding of SEO Audits, including identifying technical and content-related issues.
- Interest in Link Building activities and outreach to help improve website authority and rankings.
- Basic familiarity with Web Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar) to track traffic and user behavior.
