Role: SEO Executive — AEO & GEO Expert

About the Role

Amplivista Web Solutions is looking for a results-driven SEO Executive with expertise in AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to join our on-site team in Lucknow.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of traditional SEO along with emerging strategies for optimizing content and websites for AI-powered search engines, answer engines, and generative search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-intent analysis.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and other on-page elements.
- Implement technical SEO best practices, including site audits, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
- Develop and implement AEO strategies to improve visibility in featured snippets, People Also Ask, voice search, and answer engines.
- Develop GEO strategies to improve brand and content visibility across AI-powered search and generative engines.
- Optimize content for AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other emerging search experiences.
- Work with content writers to create entity-focused, helpful, authoritative, and search-intent-driven content.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, backlinks, and other SEO KPIs.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.




- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar SEO platforms.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search developments, SEO trends, AEO, and GEO best practices.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in SEO or a related digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, AEO, and GEO.
- Practical knowledge of keyword research and search-intent optimization.
- Understanding of structured data/schema markup, entities, topical authority, and semantic SEO.
- Familiarity with AI-powered search and generative engines.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lucknow.

Preferred Skills

- Experience optimizing websites for AI-generated search results.
- Understanding of LLM visibility and brand/entity optimization.
- Knowledge of content optimization for featured snippets and answer engines.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO reporting and performance analysis.
