The “SCM-Technical Executive (Aerospace domain)” job mainly consists of managing the supplier issues on-site and implement supply-chain recovery plans at the site. Follow thoroughly with Aerospace supplier and do risk mitigation for disruptions in supply chain/deliveries. Create plan and target structed approaches for efficient improvement in deliverables & quality. Should be always On-site at Aerospace Supplier location in Nagpur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Aerospace supplier recovery activities on-site to resolve supply disruptions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and define corrective actions with suppliers.
- With German Aerospace counterparts, act as primary liaison during escalations and recovery projects.
- Ensure supplier readiness and support ramp-up or reallocation activities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Procurement to secure supply continuity.
- Evaluate and report on supplier recovery progress and performance.
- Support preventive measures to avoid future disruptions.
Profile:
• Excellent communication in English is a compulsory.
- Working from Nagpur location, as an independent employee at Aerospace supplier location, is compulsory.
• 2-6 years of experience in field engineering, supplier management, or recovery operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Should be from Aerospace domain.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
- Robust technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing supplier recovery projects and resolving supply chain disruptions.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure situations.
- Experience with root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
