: VPMM Matric School is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Physics Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of physics concepts and will be able to explain them in a clear and engaging manner. The teacher will inspire students to explore the world of science, encouraging curiosity and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

- Lesson Planning: Design and implement effective lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and the educational standards.
- Classroom Instruction: Teach Physics concepts to students, covering topics such as mechanics, electricity, magnetism, optics, and more, in an engaging and interactive manner.
- Practical Sessions: Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations to provide hands-on learning opportunities, helping students understand the practical application of theoretical knowledge.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Regularly assess students' progress through tests, assignments, and practical work. Offer constructive feedback to students and guide them in areas needing improvement.
- Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and ensure a positive, respectful,



and safe learning environment for all students.
- Student Support: Offer additional help and tutoring to students struggling with difficult concepts or requiring extra support.
- Co-curricular Activities: Promote participation in science-related extracurricular activities like science fairs, quizzes, and Olympiads to nurture students' scientific interest.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of students' academic performance, attendance, and behavior.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field. A B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Prior experience in teaching Physics at the school level is preferred.
- Skills:
- Solid knowledge of Physics and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage students through practical experiments and interactive learning techniques.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.

Salary Package: ₹15,000 per month Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
