Security Head – Vedic International School

Location: Sambalpur, Odisha

Salary: No bar – Based on experience and suitability

Experience: Ex-Police / Ex-Army personnel preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise security arrangements across all Vedic International School branches.
- Develop and implement school-wide security and safety procedures.
- Monitor security guards and ensure proper deployment at all branches.
- Conduct regular security inspections and identify potential risks.
- Handle emergency situations, incidents, and security-related concerns.
- Coordinate with local police and authorities when required.
- Ensure proper visitor, student, staff, and vehicle security protocols.
- Conduct regular training and briefing of security staff.
- Maintain security reports and records.

Requirements:
- Ex-Police / Ex-Army personnel preferred.
- Strong leadership and security management skills.
- Positive communication and decision-making ability.
- Experience in handling security teams and large premises.
