Role Description The Savings Account Opening Executive is responsible for guiding customers through the end-to-end process of opening savings accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive service experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madhya Pradesh, India. Day-to-day activities include interacting with walk-in and referred customers, explaining savings account features and eligibility criteria, collecting and verifying KYC documents, and completing required application forms and system entries.

The executive will coordinate with internal teams to resolve account opening issues, track application status, and ensure timely activation of accounts.



The role also involves maintaining records, following regulatory and company policies, and promoting additional banking products when appropriate.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid customer service and relationship-building skills to assist and guide customers through the account opening process.
- Candidates should possess clear communication skills in English and local languages to explain product features, requirements, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills to manage digital applications, banking systems, and record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and compliance awareness to verify documents, follow KYC norms, and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and organizational skills to handle multiple applications, resolve queries, and meet daily targets.
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Madhya Pradesh, India, and adapt to structured processes and performance metrics.
