We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to plan, build, and execute our organic search strategy across India and EMEA. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can handle everything from technical SEO audits and keyword architecture to content direction and emerging answer-engine/generative-search visibility. You'll own organic growth as a measurable business channel, driving search rankings, qualified organic traffic, and organic leads across multiple regions and markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, build, and execute the end-to-end SEO strategy for India and EMEA, covering technical SEO, on-page, off-page, content, and international/multi-region SEO

- Build search and content growth through keyword clusters, search-intent frameworks, topical authority programs, and pillar-cluster content models tied to measurable commercial outcomes such as traffic, leads, and conversions

- Execute AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve brand visibility, citations, and representation across AI-powered search, answer engines, and emerging discovery platforms

- Research and plan the SEO content strategy across blogs, landing pages, and thought-leadership content, aligning every piece with user intent, SERP features, and conversion goals

- Own technical SEO health by running regular site audits, resolving crawling and indexing issues, and guiding site architecture, structured data, and Core Web Vitals improvements with engineering and dev teams

- Lead international SEO execution for India and EMEA, including hreflang and geo-targeting setup, region-specific keyword research, and localization alignment with regional content and marketing teams

- Plan go-to-market efforts for new regions and markets through SEO and content, identifying priority markets, keyword opportunity, and competitive gaps

- Track, analyze, and report performance using analytics tools,



translating data into clear business impact and actionable recommendations

- Stay ahead of Google Core Updates, E-E-A-T, Helpful Content guidelines, and emerging AI-search behavior, adapting strategy proactively

- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, business, PR, and software teams.

Requirements

- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a track record of measurable organic growth results

- Proven experience managing SEO across multiple regions, specifically India and EMEA markets

- Robust knowledge of Google ranking factors, algorithm updates, and current SEO best practices

- Hands-on proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog

- Solid grounding in technical SEO, including site audits, crawl and indexation troubleshooting, structured data, and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture

- Strong command of content strategy, including keyword research, search-intent mapping, topical authority building, and pillar-cluster planning

- Working understanding of AEO and GEO principles and how content is surfaced, cited, and represented in AI-powered and generative search experiences

- Ability to read performance data and turn it into prioritized, business-relevant recommendations rather than just reporting metrics

- Clear, confident communicator who can align content, design, and engineering teams around an SEO roadmap without needing constant hand-holding

Preferred Qualifications

- 4-8 years of experience in

SEO, Organic Growth, and Content Marketing

- Experience applying local SEO, international SEO, and e-commerce SEO

- Experience in the events, entertainment, or experiential marketing industry is a plus

- Relevant certifications such as Google Analytics, SEMrush Academy, Ahrefs Academy, or HubSpot

- Demonstrated experience navigating a Google Core Update or major algorithm shift and adjusting strategy accordingly
