Role : SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities :

Project Delivery :

- Lead complex SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met.

Stakeholder Management :

- Liaise with clients, HR leaders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align expectations.

Solution Design :

- Oversee configuration, integration, and customization of SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Learning, Compensation, etc.).

Risk & Issue Management :

- Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve escalations.

Team Leadership :

- Guide consultants and technical teams, ensuring quality deliverables and knowledge transfer.

Post-Implementation Support :

- Manage rollouts, enhancements, and ongoing client support.





Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience : 7 - 10 years in project management, with at least 3 - 5 years in SAP SuccessFactors implementations in Singapore.
- Domain Knowledge : Robust understanding of HR processes and HCM modules.
- Certifications : SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred. PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.
- Technical Skills : Familiarity with SAP integration tools, data migration, and cloud HR solutions.
- Soft Skills : Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
- Regional Exposure : Experience working with Southeast Asia clients is advantageous.
