Role Responsibilities




- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP S/4HANA PP and QM.
- Troubleshoot production planning and quality-related issues within SLA.
- Support MRP, production orders, capacity planning, scheduling and shop-floor processes.
- Support QM processes including inspections, quality notifications, usage decisions and non-conformance.
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Support enhancements, testing, UAT, deployments and continuous process improvements.
- Coordinate with ABAP, BASIS, Security and Integration teams.
- Support manufacturing operations and business users in a highly integrated S/4HANA setting.

? Preferred
- SAP S/4HANA PP/QM certification
- Manufacturing / Automotive / Pharma / Chemicals / Engineering experience
- AMS / Application Support experience
- S/4HANA implementation, rollout or upgrade exposure
- ITIL / Support Governance knowledge
