Title: SAP Organizational Change Management Consultant

- 8+ years of SAP Training and OCM with at last 3-4 years at least focused on OCM
- Lead and execute all Organizational Change Management activities to support the successful deployment of payroll and time management solutions across the organization.
- Proven track record leading change management efforts for complex SAP implementations and transformation programs, including experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), S/4HANA
- Create, coordinate, and deliver training programs, learning materials, user guides, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions for employees, managers, and business stakeholders.
- Must have excellent, top notch, superb English communication and presentation skills - both written and verbal
