Role Description: This is a full-time, in office Salesperson role based in Nashik. The Salesperson will engage directly with customers on the showroom floor, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable Titan Watch products to meet their needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining product features and benefits, demonstrating watches, and supporting customers through purchase decisions and after-sales queries.

The role involves achieving sales targets, handling billing and basic documentation, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring that display areas are clean, organised, and appealing. The Salesperson will also collaborate with team members, participate in promotions or special events,



and provide feedback from customers to help improve store performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience working toward targets and converting inquiries into purchases.
- Clear verbal communication skills in relevant local languages and English, with a professional and confident presentation style.
- Basic numerical and computer skills for handling billing, inventory checks, and simple reporting.
- Attention to detail and an interest in fashion, accessories, or consumer retail products, preferably watches.
- Ability to work on-site in Nasik, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours as required.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or retail operations is beneficial.
