Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Pune Division. The Salesperson will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their laptop requirements, and recommend suitable new or refurbished devices and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining product features and repair options,



preparing quotations and closing sales.

The role also involves coordinating with the technical team to ensure accurate information about repair timelines and device status, maintaining the showroom or counter display, and updating customers. The Salesperson will contribute to customer satisfaction and repeat business by providing clear, honest guidance and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service, interpersonal communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including lead follow-up, closing techniques, and upselling where appropriate.
- Basic understanding of laptops, refurbished devices, and repair services, with willingness to learn technical basics.
- Ability to explain product features, warranties, and service terms clearly to non-technical customers.
- 0-2Minimum high school or equivalent education; additional training in sales or IT hardware is a plus.
- Fluency in local languages commonly used in Pune Division.
