Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Salesperson based in Siliguri. The intern will support the sales team by engaging with potential buyers, explaining project features, and assisting with property site visits. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions, and coordinating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent communication.

The Salesperson intern will also help prepare basic sales presentations,



participate in local promotional activities, and learn to use CRM tools to track prospects and follow-ups.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Basic understanding of real estate or a keen interest in learning about property sales and residential projects.
- Comfort with in office work, including conducting property tours and interacting with walk-in clients in Siliguri.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, follow established processes, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn CRM software.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in handling customer information.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfort communicating in English and local languages used in Siliguri; prior customer-facing experience is an advantage.
