Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect with 15+ years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and OmniStudio.

This is a senior, client-facing architecture role. We are specifically looking for candidates who can independently lead architecture discussions, interact confidently with banking clients, and provide practical solutions for complex Salesforce FSC implementations.

Solid profiles with relevant Banking + FSC + OmniStudio experience are required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce FSC solution architecture for Banking and Financial Services projects.

Participate in client discussions, technical walkthroughs and architecture sessions.

Design scalable solutions using the Salesforce FSC Data Model.

Provide hands-on expertise in OmniStudio, including:

OmniScripts

Integration Procedures

FlexCards

DataRaptors

Design and review integrations with:

Core Banking systems

Payment gateways

KYC/AML platforms

External enterprise systems

Provide architecture guidance across Apex, LWC, Flow and APIs.

Review technical designs, solution documents and implementation approaches.

Guide development and delivery teams on complex technical challenges.

Ensure solutions meet security, scalability and compliance requirements.

Support banking processes such as Customer Onboarding, KYC/AML, Financial Accounts and Loan Origination.

Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate architecture solutions.

Collaborate with PMs, delivery teams, presales teams and client stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills





15+ years of overall IT/Salesforce experience.

Strong experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect / Technical Architect.

Robust hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

Strong hands-on OmniStudio experience.

Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience.

Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions for banking clients.

Strong understanding of the FSC Data Model.

Experience with Core Banking integrations.

Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration architecture.

Good hands-on understanding of Apex, LWC and Salesforce Flow.

Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
