- Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for insurance agents to enhance their skills in product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.
- Conduct regular field training sessions to ensure effective implementation of new products, processes, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a network of trainers who can deliver high-quality training sessions across various locations.
- Analyze training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and make recommendations for improvement.
- OTJ (On The Job Training) for Sales Team.
Job Requirements :
- 8-25 years of experience in sales or related field with expertise in on-the-job training (OJT) methodologies.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering successful sales training programs that drive business results.
- Solid understanding of the insurance industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
