Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to support the sales team in generating leads, handling customer enquiries, coordinating meetings, and maintaining sales records.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in sales, customer support, real estate, or business development will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for appointments and meetings.
- Maintain customer information, follow-ups, and sales records.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and other sales documents.
- Update and manage customer data in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, appointments, and sales.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
Skills & Requirements
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and tasks.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years) can apply.
- Candidates from sales, customer service, telecalling, real estate, or business development backgrounds are welcome.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹30,000 per month
