Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Specialist role based in Delhi, India.

The Sales

Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial protection needs and recommend suitable life insurance products. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, explaining policy features, and assisting customers throughout the application and onboarding process. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting assigned sales targets, and collaborating with team members to support branch-level business growth.





In addition, the Sales Specialist may participate in sales training sessions, market outreach activities, and feedback discussions to improve customer experience and sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Sales and Sales Management skills to identify opportunities, close deals, and support achievement of sales targets.
- Training skills to support product knowledge sharing, participate in workshops, and contribute to team capability building.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or related sales roles is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems for tracking leads and customer interactions.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
