Role Description The Sales Executive role at VITAL GRIND is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.

The Sales

Executive will identify and qualify potential clients, conduct outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and present the company's brand strategy services in a clear and compelling way.

Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing deals in alignment with company targets. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, gathering feedback to inform service improvements, and collaborating with the strategy and creative teams to ensure client expectations are met.

Executive will also track performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and participate in events or networking activities to expand market presence.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in consultative selling, client relationship management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to understand and articulate brand strategy, marketing concepts, and the value of storytelling-driven solutions.
- Strong communication skills, including persuasive presentation abilities,



clear written communication, and active listening.
- Competence in lead generation, pipeline management, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Solid negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills with a focus on ethical, customer-centric sales practices.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams, especially brand strategists and creatives, to align client needs with deliverables.
- High level of self-motivation, results orientation, and ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, professional services, or branding/marketing agencies is preferred.
- Familiarity with the market and willingness to travel and attend in-person client meetings and industry events as needed.
