Role Description The Sales Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving in-store sales and delivering an elevated customer experience that reflects the brand’s values. In this role, the individual will greet and engage customers, understand their style preferences, provide product recommendations, and assist with fittings to ensure a personalized shopping experience. Daily tasks include maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing inventory on the floor, processing transactions accurately, and handling customer queries and concerns professionally.





The Sales

Representative will also support promotional activities, build relationships with repeat customers, and provide feedback to the team on customer trends and product performance. Collaboration with store management and the broader team to meet sales targets and uphold brand presentation is a key part of this position.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage clients and close sales in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and a confident, respectful demeanor.
- Basic retail operations skills such as point-of-sale (POS) handling, cash management, and inventory tracking.
- Understanding of fashion, styling, and visual merchandising, with an eye for detail and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, including weekends and peak retail hours, and remain organized in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in fashion or luxury retail sales is preferred; familiarity with sustainable or conscious fashion is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree in retail, fashion, or business is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who is comfortable working with sales targets and collaborating within a diverse team.
