About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader – Sales to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and client-management skills, along with a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Drive the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure .
- Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews and sales MIS.
- Set clear targets, KPIs, and action plans for team members.
- Guide the team in client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, market visits, digital channels,



and other business-development activities.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Projects, Operations, Finance, and Management to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes, policies, and reporting standards.
- Take ownership of team targets and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field .
- 3–6 years of relevant sales experience , preferably with experience in infrastructure, construction, real estate, or related industries.
- Prior experience in leading or managing a sales team .
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship and business-development capabilities.
- Good understanding of sales pipelines, CRM systems, and sales reporting.
- Ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development, when required.
