Youngally.in is an online shopping platform offering products across fashion, lifestyle and everyday-use categories for men, women and children. We are looking for energetic and self-driven Sales Partners / Sales Associates who can promote Youngally.in products, generate customer interest and drive online or offline sales.

What You Will Do

- Promote Youngally.in and its products through your personal and professional network.

- Generate new customers and sales through WhatsApp, social media, referrals, communities and other suitable channels.

- Share product information, offers and website links with prospective customers.

- Build your own customer base and encourage repeat purchases.

- Follow up with prospective customers and assist them in completing purchases.

- Work independently towards monthly sales targets.

Benefits

Commission Structure

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary.

Commission is calculated progressively on monthly eligible sales:

Monthly Sales Slab

Commission

First ₹1,00,000

4%

Next ₹1,00,000

7%

Sales above ₹2,00,000

10%

Example

For monthly eligible sales of ₹3,00,000:

First ₹1,00,000 @ 4% = ₹4,000

Next ₹1,00,000 @ 7% = ₹7,000

Next ₹1,00,000 @ 10% = ₹10,000

Total Commission = ₹21,000

The higher commission rate applies only to sales falling within the respective slab.

Important Terms

- This is a commission-only opportunity and does not carry a fixed monthly salary.

- Commission will be calculated on eligible net realized sales, subject to adjustment for cancellations, returns and refunds.

- Only sales successfully attributed to the respective Sales Partner will qualify for commission.

- Commission calculations will be finalized after applicable order/return reconciliation.

- Detailed sales attribution, payout cycle and operating guidelines will be communicated during onboarding.
