About the Role

MultiOutreach.ai is looking for a target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to own lead generation and conversion.

Your job is simple and focused: find the right prospects, start conversations, and convert them into active users of our app. If you enjoy outreach, chasing targets, and seeing your numbers grow, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, online communities, and other outreach channels
- Engage prospects and build interest through personalised outreach
- Convert leads into sign-ups and active users of the app
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets
- Maintain and update your lead pipeline and share regular progress reports
- Test and improve outreach messaging to increase conversion rates

Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English




- Comfortable working in a target-based role and owning results
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, cold messaging, or lead generation is a strong plus
- Self-motivated, organised, and quick to learn current tools
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply

Working Schedule

- Full-time opportunity
- Monday to Saturday

Compensation

- ₹8,000 per month fixed for the first 6 months
- Salary revision after 6 months based on performance
