Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Kanpur, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales for Stylaria Tech’s digital services. The role will involve a combination of lead generation, sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and targeted marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.
- Drive the complete sales process, from lead generation and initial outreach to conversion and onboarding.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to support business growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.




- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential customer segments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and a positive client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Represent Stylaria Tech professionally and build long-term client partnerships.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field.
- Experience in selling digital marketing, website, e-commerce, advertising, or other technology-related services will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach to work.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and online business solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
