Key Responsibilities
- Find potential customers and businesses who need websites, software or mobile applications.
- Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
- Understand the client's requirements and explain our services in a simple way.
- Generate leads and convert them into projects.
- Follow up with interested clients regularly.
- Coordinate with the development team regarding client requirements.
- Maintain basic details of leads, follow-ups and project status.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation goals.
Commission / Incentive In addition to the monthly salary, you can earn project-based incentives. For example, if you bring a client who purchases a website/software/mobile app project, you can earn 10% commission on the project value, subject to company terms.
This gives you an opportunity to increase your monthly earnings based on your performance.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of websites, software or mobile apps is helpful.
- Ability to communicate with customers professionally.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, phone calls and basic computer work.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills are welcome.
