– Marketing & Service Executive

Department: Marketing & Service

Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad

Key Responsibilities

- Share invoices and docket details with concerned persons.
- Maintain production follow-up, installation, and service sheets.
- Prepare sales/service quotations, Service Orders, P.I., warranty, replacement, and short-supply orders.
- Coordinate with Assembly for product details, dimensions, barcodes, and stickers.
- Coordinate with transporters for freight rates, dispatch, and delivery.
- Follow up with transporters after dispatch until delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales, service, dispatch, and customer-related records.

Required Skills
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification: Graduate Experience: 1–3 years in Sales/Marketing/Service Coordination or a similar role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
