KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Team Handling & Leadership

- Manage, motivate, and monitor the sales team
- Drive team performance and achieve monthly targets
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance

? Target Management

- Set and track individual and team sales targets
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly revenue goals
- Monitor daily sales activities, conversions, and performance

Individual Contribution





- First month will include an individual sales target
- Lead by example and actively participate in sales closures

REQUIREMENTS

- 2–3 years of experience in Sales / Team Handling
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Solid follow-up and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
