Role Description The Sales Manager Healthcare is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for leading and expanding healthcare-related sales initiatives. The role involves managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare clients, and overseeing account performance. Day-to-day tasks include identifying current business opportunities, coordinating sales operations, preparing proposals and presentations, and monitoring sales metrics to meet revenue targets.

The Sales

Manager will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for healthcare customers, ensure high service standards,



and provide regular market insights and forecasts to leadership. This position also includes mentoring sales team members and refining sales processes to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with experience meeting or exceeding revenue goals in healthcare or related industries.
- Proficiency in Account Management, focusing on client retention, relationship building, and customer satisfaction.
- Hands-on experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, reporting, and process optimization.
- Demonstrated Business Development capabilities, such as identifying new markets, building partnerships, and driving growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in office in New Delhi, manage teams, and collaborate effectively across functions.
- Relevant experience in the healthcare sector or selling healthcare solutions is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
