As we scale our BESS business, we are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – BESS to drive business growth across Maharashtra .

About the Role The Sales Manager – BESS will be responsible for developing and expanding the BESS business in Maharashtra through a combination of Direct Sales, Channel Sales and Dealer/Distributor Network Development . The role will involve identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic channel partnerships, appointing dealers/distributors, managing key customers and driving the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Direct Sales of BESS solutions across Maharashtra
- Develop and manage Channel Sales through dealers, distributors, EPCs and system integrators
- Identify,



appoint and expand the Dealer & Distributor Network
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors and channel partners
- Identify market opportunities and expand BESS business across Maharashtra
- Coordinate with technical and internal teams for proposals, negotiations and order closure
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure

Candidate Profile

- 4+ years of relevant experience in BESS / Lithium-Ion Battery / Solar / Energy Storage / Power / Electrical industry
- Robust experience in Direct Sales & Channel Sales
- Proven experience in Dealer/Distributor Network Development
- Strong market knowledge of Maharashtra
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory
