Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Intern to join our team in Kolkata.

This is a full-time, office-based internship opportunity for someone who is interested in Sales, Business Development, Forex/Trading, Digital Services, and Client Communication.

As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with the sales and business development team to identify potential clients, generate leads, conduct outreach, explain our services, schedule meetings, and support the sales process from initial contact to conversion.

You will get practical exposure to B2B sales, Forex/Trading products, digital marketing, web development, lead generation, CRM management, client handling, negotiation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through online research, calling, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients interested in Forex, trading-related solutions, digital services, web development, and marketing services.
- Contact prospects and understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain Finbrex's services in a simple and professional manner.
- Conduct basic product/service demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain and update lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Prepare basic proposals and quotations with guidance from the senior team.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist in converting qualified leads into paying customers.




- Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to understand and communicate service offerings accurately.
- Research competitors, market trends, and potential customer segments.
- Maintain daily and weekly sales activity reports.
- Work toward assigned lead-generation and sales targets.

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with new people over calls and messages.
- Interest in Sales, Business Development, Forex, Trading, Finance, or Digital Services.
- Good understanding of basic internet, websites, social media, and digital marketing concepts.
- Willingness to learn about Forex and trading products.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client communication.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets/Excel, or similar tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Freshers and candidates with little/no prior sales experience are welcome to apply.

This is a Kolkata-based, full-time, office-based internship. Candidates currently residing in or able to work from Kolkata are preferred.

Internship & Stipend

Position: Sales Intern

Type: Full-Time Internship

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month The stipend may vary based on the candidate's skills, communication ability, experience, and performance.

Candidates demonstrating strong sales performance and consistency may have the opportunity to continue with Finbrex in a full-time Sales / Business Development role after the internship.
