Role Description The Sales Intern for AI Vidya Outreach to Schools will support the promotion of AI Vidya’s training programs to schools and educational institutions. This full-time, on-site role, based in Hyderabad, involves identifying potential partner schools, scheduling and conducting outreach calls or visits, and presenting program offerings to school administrators and faculty. The intern will assist in organizing presentations, workshops, and information sessions for students and educators, and help maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and follow-ups.

Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing clear information about AI Vidya’s services,



coordinating with internal teams to tailor training proposals, and supporting basic sales reporting and documentation. The intern will also collaborate with the training and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for schools that partner with AI Vidya.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with school stakeholders.
- Customer Service and relationship-building skills to address inquiries and support school partners.
- Sales skills for lead generation, outreach, and closing partnerships with schools.
- Training and presentation skills to assist in delivering sessions and explaining AI Vidya’s programs.
- Interest in Sales Management fundamentals, such as tracking leads and maintaining basic sales reports.
- Enthusiasm for education and technology, particularly AI and digital skills development.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad in a structured full-time schedule.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing outreach activities and documentation.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
