Sales executive/ Front Desk Executive/ / member coordinator – Premium Gym Job Location: Rocks Fitness,Bangalore ( Sarjapur & Bellandur) Position: Sales-Front Desk Executive Employment: Full-time Rocks Fitness is looking for a friendly, energetic,Sales Oriented and responsible Sales executive/Front Desk Executive/ member coordinator to join our premium gym team.

Key Responsibilities : Welcome and assist gym members and visitors. Strong sales skills with the ability to pitch, persuade, and close memberships. Handle front desk enquiries and provide information about memberships and gym services.

Manage member registrations, renewals, payments, and basic documentation. Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and customer queries. Maintain accurate member records and front desk activities. Coordinate with trainers and the gym management team when required.





Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming. Provide a outstanding customer experience to every member.

Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-oriented with a natural ability to engage customers and drive conversions. Friendly and confident personality. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to handle customers professionally.

Previous experience in a gym, fitness centre, hotel, reception, or customer service role is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. What We’re Looking For Someone who is well-spoken, approachable, organized, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people.
