We are looking for a Sales Executive who is confident in handling customers, converting leads, following up consistently, and managing a sales team.

Experience in healthcare, fertility, IVF, hospitals, clinics, or related industries is a plus, but candidates from other sales backgrounds are also welcome to apply.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them towards the right service.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into sales/consultations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the journey.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Manage, guide, and monitor the sales team.
- Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train and coach team members on calling, follow-ups, CRM, and sales conversion.
- Track team performance and identify areas for improvement.




- Maintain accurate lead details and update CRM regularly.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
