Plan My Kalyanam is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Perungudi, Chennai.
The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers/vendors, explaining our services, handling enquiries, following up with leads, and converting interested prospects into successful business opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to prospective vendors.
- Follow up with existing leads and enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant services.
- Generate and maintain leads through regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers/vendors.
- Update lead details, call status, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for lead conversion and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Ensure timely follow-up until the lead reaches the required stage.
SKILLS
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
Location: Perungudi, Chennai
Work Mode: Work From Office – Compulsory
Employment: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Sunday
Saturday & Sunday: Compulsory Working Days
Weekly Off: 1 day per week
Please note: Candidates should be comfortable working from the office and working on both Saturdays and Sundays, as these are compulsory working days.
