Sales Executive (Sales + Front Desk) – Shadowbox, Noida

Shadowbox is a premium gym and fitness studio in Noida. We're looking for an energetic, people-first Sales Executive to drive memberships and run our front desk.

What you'll do

- Convert walk-ins, calls and online leads into memberships (Gym, Personal Training, Physiotherapy)
- Follow up on leads, book trials, give gym/studio tours and close sales
- Drive renewals and upgrades with existing members
- Manage the front desk: greet members, handle check-ins, queries and payments
- Keep lead and member records updated in the CRM
- Meet monthly sales targets

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness or hospitality (freshers with strong communication are welcome)
- Immediate Joiners




- Confident, presentable, and good at talking to people
- Comfortable with targets and follow-ups
- Basic computer and WhatsApp/CRM skills
- Interest in fitness is a big plus
