- Attend to customers and understand their requirements and preferences.

- Explain product features, pricing, quality, designs, and offers to customers.

- Handle walk-in customers and generate sales.

- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, new collections, offers, and pending purchases.

- Maintain customer information and follow up

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

- Assist with product displays, stock checking, and maintaining the overall store presentation.

- Coordinate with the store and inventory teams regarding product availability.

- Maintain daily sales reports and customer follow-up records.

- Stay updated on recent collections, products, market trends, and competitor offerings.





- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in

- Jewellery, Pearls, Lifestyle products, Fashion Accessories

- Strong customer handling and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
