Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to generate new business, understand customer needs, promote company products and services, and achieve sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential customers through different channels.
- Contact customers, understand their requirements, and explain suitable products or services.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations when required.
- Follow up with customers, convert leads into sales, and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain customer records and coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales and customer support.

Requirements & Skills




- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings when required.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B or corporate sales.
- Experience in software, technology, healthcare, or service-based sales.
- Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
- Good communication in English and Tamil.
