Chirag Construction has been building in Anand since 1991. We are a developer-builder with 20+ completed housing estates, residential buildings, farmhouses, and a 16-storey office building. We build and sell our own projects, and we're growing our sales team.

About the Role

We're looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales Executive to sell homes, flats and office units in our projects. You'll be the first point of contact for buyers, from first enquiry through to booking.

Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp and online enquiries from prospective buyers
- Conduct site visits and explain project layouts, pricing, amenities and payment plans
- Follow up with leads consistently and convert them into bookings
- Maintain a lead register / CRM with accurate customer details and status
- Coordinate with the accounts and legal team on booking forms, agreements and home-loan paperwork
- Support marketing activities such as property expos, local events and social media campaigns
- Build long-term relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business
- Meet monthly sales targets

Requirements

- Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred (any stream; BBA/MBA a plus)




- 1–3 years' experience in real estate, banking, insurance or retail sales (freshers with strong communication skills will be considered)
- Fluent Gujarati and Hindi; working English
- Presentable, confident, and comfortable meeting customers face to face
- Basic computer and smartphone skills (WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets)
- Based in or willing to commute to Anand
- Two-wheeler and licence preferred
