Lado Creations is a growing D2C fashion brand specialising in women’s fashion and ethnic wear. We are looking for a confident, friendly and sales-oriented Fashion & Ethnic Wear Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers, handling enquiries on WhatsApp and Instagram, and converting enquiries into sales. An interest in fashion and ethnic wear will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp and Instagram
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Convert enquiries into orders by explaining products, prices and availability
- Follow up with potential and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist with live sales and promotional campaigns
- Support social media sales and customer engagement
- Handle customer questions professionally and politely
- Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth
- Assist with basic Reel shooting, editing and social media posting
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in handling customers
- Robust sales and conversion skills
- Positive, polite and professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media
- Ability to build good customer relationships
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic proficiency in Hindi, English and Bengali
- Basic knowledge of Reel shooting, editing and social media posting
- Interest in women’s fashion and ethnic wear is a plus.
