We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our Inside Sales team. The role involves connecting with prospective parents, understanding their requirements, explaining our therapy services, and converting leads into visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls with prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule centre visits and drive conversions.
Handle client objections and support the conversion journey.
Maintain accurate lead updates and follow-ups in CRM.
Work towards individual and team sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up and convincing abilities.
Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable handling customer conversations over calls and WhatsApp.
