Job Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2C Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for direct customer acquisition, lead generation, field visits, product/service presentation, follow-ups, and closing sales .
This is predominantly a field sales role , requiring the candidate to meet prospective customers across Mumbai, understand their requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to identify and meet potential customers
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
- Present and explain our products/services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing customers
- Follow up on leads and business opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets
- Maintain records of customer visits, follow-ups, and sales closures
- Provide market and competitor feedback to the team
Qualification:
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, B2C Sales Prior experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales / Business Development is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented
- Comfortable travelling extensively for field visits
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Valid driving licence required
- Good knowledge of Mumbai and nearby areas will be an advantage
