Sales Executive – (JMR Infracon Pvt. Ltd.)

Reporting To: Sales Manager / GM – Sales

Job Purpose To generate new business, develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, engineers and project owners, conduct regular site visits, and achieve assigned RMC sales and payment collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through regular market and construction-site visits.
- Meet builders, contractors, architects, engineers, developers and industrial clients.
- Identify upcoming RCC/RMC requirements and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, meetings and upcoming casting requirements.
- Explain JMR’s RMC quality, technical support, testing facilities and service advantages to customers.
- Negotiate commercially within company-approved pricing and payment policies.
- Coordinate with the Plant, Dispatch, Technical and Accounts teams for smooth customer service.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business & referrals.
- Follow up for timely payment collection and outstanding recovery.
- Update all leads,



meetings, follow-ups and sales activities regularly in the CRM.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market activity and upcoming projects in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly sales, new-customer and collection targets.

Candidate Profile Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech Civil preferred

Experience: 1–4 years in RMC, cement, construction materials, building materials or B2B field sales preferred

Skills: Field Sales, Negotiation, Relationship Building, Lead Conversion, Follow-up, CRM & Communication

Requirement: Two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory.
