- Handle walk-in customers and showroom enquiries
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
- Explain product features, specifications and collections
- Learn and develop knowledge of Kohler products
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate regarding customer orders and deliveries
- Maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors and dealers
Preferred Experience: Experience in sanitary ware,
bathroom fittings, faucets, tiles, interiors, luxury products or home improvement sales will be an advantage.

- Sales and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to learn about premium products and specifications
- Basic computer knowledge
