Key Responsibilities

- Follow ups on leads.

- Handle customer inquiries and explain property details.

- Arrange and conduct site visits.

- Maintain client relationships and follow up with prospects.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Maintain sales reports and customer records.

- Understanding the client requirements.

- Good in cold calling and communicating with the clients.

- Maintaining the records in Excel and continue follow ups on the booking.

Key Requirements

- 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably real estate.

- Positive communication and negotiation skills.

- Customer-focused with good follow-up skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office.

- Willingness to travel for site visits.
