Role Description This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in Ludhiana with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

The Sales

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing customer relationships, and promote the company’s range of V-belts and power transmission products. Daily activities include visiting clients, conducting product presentations, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and following up on leads to close sales. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, delivery status, and after-sales support,



as well as maintaining accurate sales reports and market intelligence.

The Sales

Executive will also monitor competitor activity, participate in sales planning, and contribute to achieving regional sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
- Customer relationship management abilities, with experience in handling industrial or B2B clients.
- Basic knowledge of industrial products or mechanical components; familiarity with V-belts or power transmission systems is an advantage.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present technical information in clear, easy terms.
- Proficiency in maintaining sales records, using CRM tools, and preparing reports in MS Office or similar software.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and operate in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in industrial sales, manufacturing, or automotive sectors is beneficial.
