Tripa Tours is a travel company focused on providing personalized travel experiences, holiday packages, and end-to-end travel solutions to customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive - Chat Process to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and leads received through chat, WhatsApp, website, and other online platforms.
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, budget, and destination choices.
- Recommend suitable holiday packages and travel itineraries based on customer requirements.
- Convert inbound chat enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and chat to close sales.
- Provide accurate information regarding packages, hotels, transportation, activities, inclusions, and exclusions.
- Prepare and share customized travel quotations with customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely responses.




- Build strong customer relationships and provide a smooth pre-sales experience.
- Update lead status, customer information, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations and travel teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
- Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Achieve individual sales, conversion, and revenue targets.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, travel sales, chat process, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust English communication and professional chat etiquette.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend the right travel solutions.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-up processes.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp, and online communication platforms.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
